Beautifully clean and very new property, we may have been the 2nd guests to stay here! Absolutely so many accommodations and little things that separate this place from other choices when we were looking for somewhere to stay the weekend for a local wedding of our friends!

The couch up stairs needs to be replaced. We would prefer cotton sheets. We really enjoyed our stay and the condo was perfect for a family gathering.

We stayed at the condo in late November for a family gathering as well and did not see any issues with the upstairs couch. It is only a year old and purchased from a reputable furniture store in Manitowoc. Thank you for your review.

Manitowoc's best!

This was the best short term rental we've stayed in since our trip to Wisconsin began! We felt at home as soon as we walked in the door! Everything is brand new, including the construction of the home, furnishings and everything inside. Towels were fluffy, furniture was comfortable, kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to make a meal. Outside has a great backyard with fire pit for relaxing after a long day. Front porch has great seating also. Quiet neighborhood with a grocery store within walking distance! Downstairs has additional lounge area with big screen tv a game table! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to unpack, relax and enjoy their stay!
