In the warmer months, pedal along the scenic riverside cycling path, launch a kayak from one of two nearby access points, or explore the breathtaking wildlife sanctuary at Île Saint-Bernard. When winter sets in, the Fernand-Seguin Ecological Center invites you to embrace the season with cross-country skiing, snow tubing, and tranquil walks through enchanting snowy forests.

Inside the manor, a grand living room with soaring 12-foot ceilings and expansive 8-foot windows bathes the space in natural light, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Adjacent to it, a spacious dining table on casters seats up to 18 guests—perfect for unforgettable gatherings. Just steps away, the staircase leads to the second floor, where a 500 sq. ft. chef’s kitchen, an additional dining room for up to 12 guests, two bedrooms, and a full bathroom await. On the lower level, a private home theater features a 100-inch screen and a sumptuous vintage Roche Bobois sofa, imported from France in the 1980s, offering unrivaled comfort.

Manoir Blackswan offers seven beautifully appointed bedrooms across three floors, accommodating up to 14 guests in refined comfort. Each bed is dressed in 100% organic Percale cotton linens and complemented by two pairs of pillows—each with a different firmness—to ensure the perfect night’s rest for every preference.
