This was our second year staying here and it was even better this time. Lots of amenities. Easy location. Nice outdoor seating. Nothing fancy but clean and perfect for a 5-person trip where we all have our own rooms.

Perfect Spot for Quick Girls Weekend

This house was perfect for our party of five on a girls weekend in Frisco. There was plenty of room for us all to get comfortable and it was pretty well stocked. We thought the beds might be too hard, but they actually turned out great. It was very clean and quiet. The location was perfect for shopping, restaurants, etc.

Looks really good in pictures, but I found it was a little “run down”. In the master bed and bath the electrical socket was taped up so you couldn’t use. That should be fixed. Not enough dishes or silverware for a house this size. Also, it stated we couldn’t park cars on the street, and only 2 cars could go in Driveway. Although people in this neighborhood did park on the street. To be fair, this house in in a really nice area, and a great location.

Thank you for the feedback and for highlighting the great location, which we agree is one of the best parts of this home. A few of the electrical sockets are taped for guest safety, especially with infants in the home, but there are plenty of other outlets and extensions available for use. We've also added more dishes and silverware so there should be enough for everyone in the house. As for parking, street parking is allowed, though we recommend using the designated driveway spaces to avoid any risk of towing during restricted parking days. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.

Clean rooms and the house stayed nice and cool our entire stay. The downstairs bedroom does not have a closet, and the downstairs shower heads were not working properly, but overall it worked fine for us.We really enjoyed the outdoor space and spent most evenings outside. The outside furniture was nice, although we had a little trouble getting the fire pit lit. Best part… no bugs! The yard could have used mowing, but it did not stop us from enjoying the space.The kitchen could use a few more glasses, but we did not cook at the house so we cannot really comment on the cookware or plates. The coffee selection was a nice touch, and the kids absolutely loved the games that were provided. Overall, we had a good stay and enjoyed our time there.

We enjoyed this spacious home for our family gathering! The neighborhood was quiet, the beds were comfortable and the open plan of the living space allowed us to enjoy each others company comfortably. The kitchen accommodated our needs for meal preparation. There were just enough towels for all of us and plenty of blankets for the beds. Follow up from email was more than 24 hours. Response to phone call was within an hour. There are plenty of grocery stores and restaurants nearby and easy access to the highways.
