The space A modest, older-style home featuring original hardwood floors and simple, comfortable furnishings. The upstairs main bedroom offers air conditioning with amazing ocean views, while the second bedroom also includes air conditioning and a wardrobe for convenience with sliding doors.
The kitchen has all necessary appliances with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee pod machine, washing machine, and clothes airer (no dryer). The open-plan living area includes a dining table for four, a lounge area, and a SMART TV (use your own Netflix login).
Outside, there’s a small ground-floor outdoor area with a table and chairs, plus access to the beach path. The complex has a shared swimming pool and outdoor shower.
Parking is available in a single garage for a small or medium car, with limited visitor parking on a first-come basis.
Please note, this property is not suited for young children and we do not provide a porta cot or highchairs. Ideal for those seeking a relaxed, beachside retreat with plenty of character and charm.
Other things to note Due to stairs and the master bedroom's sliding doors that open, this property is not suitable for young children. Children aged 8 and older must be supervised by an adult or guardian at all times to ensure their safety.

Great communications from the hosts Michelle and Kate. The views were exceptional as was the accommodation. Everything you needed for a short or long break. Plenty of places to eat out locally and easy to navigate to Perth. Great place to stay.
