Excellent choice

3 couples with 3 toddlers met for a family wedding. We were very happy with the house. There was plenty of space for us all to hang out while babies were sleeping. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of bathrooms for us to use while getting ready. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice place and quiet neighborhood. Easy check-in. Very spacious and well stocked. Easy travel to CUSA basketball tournaments. Would have liked a few more dishes/pitcher options in the kitchen. Great appliances and TVs and even had some games. Would definitely stay again!

Overall this is a nice place. It is fairly new, very large and was clean. There were a few issues: The "queen sleeper sofa" described in the listing is actually a large sectional couch, not an actual sleeper sofa. The recliner couches in the den don't recline. There are blinds on all the windows, but they do a poor job of keeping out light, so we were all awake at the crack of dawn both days.

The home was very clean and spacious. My family and I were in town for a wedding and the location was perfect. Almost 20 minutes from everything. I will definitely book again.
