About this property

Apartment with large garden and parking, Uzès

This is a large, independent 50 m² studio apartment with a balcony, located on the ground floor of a villa, which is our main residence. It is a 5-minute walk from the historic centre, but very quiet as it overlooks a 2500 m² enclosed garden. On-site parking is available in a gated area. A portion of the garden (approximately 300 m²) is reserved for your use. Uzès is a beautiful and pleasant town, located 15 minutes from the Pont du Gard, 40 minutes from Avignon, 1 hour from the Camargue and its beaches, and 1 hour from the Cévennes mountains. Not forgetting the Haribo Museum, just 5 minutes away, for everyone's enjoyment.
