This is a brand new, adorable home on stilts located in town within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and bars. There is ample parking for 4 vehicles or a watercraft and golf cart. Enjoy sipping your morning cup of coffee in the island breeze of the front balcony or just cooling off from a day of fishing. Walk inside to the open area floorplan for all guests to gather. The living room has two futons, which fold out to sleepers, and two accent chairs, TV, cable, and Wi-Fi. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is stocked with basic pots, pans, and utensils for your cooking needs. The dining table has seating for 4. Bedroom 1 (BR1) has a Queen-sized bed, nightstand, accent chair, chest for your beach attire, and a TV. The bathroom has a tub/shower. The second bedroom (BR2) has a Queen size bed, dresser, and nightstand. The bathroom has a tub/shower. The washer and dryer are neatly tucked away in the hallway. This home is conveniently located 0.2 miles from restaurants, shops, and bars. 0.8 miles to the Beach, and 0.7 miles to the Marina.

This was a great place to stay for a quick weekend fishing trip. Located close to everything in Port A! Walking distance to a lovely dessert shop, restaurants, and bars. We loved the place. It was super nice and everything we needed was available. The property mgt co is a busy one, so if you don’t get an immediate response, a call or dropping by their office down the road works well. Enjoyed our stay!
