Villa Melanthi - Amazing view to Spetses island

Situated on the base of a hill, 6.5km away from Porto Heli, this newly restored house has an astonishing view to the island of Spetses. The house is overlooking Aghios Emilianos, situated on the southernmost cape in the Argolis, a small settlement with outstanding natural beauty and isolated sandy beaches.
Villa Melanthi is designed with contemporary, minimal, and stylish interiors. Clean lines and carefully selected furniture offer the comfort and relaxation anyone would need for their vacation. Built on a plot with slope, the house extends on the 2 upper levels and measures 175m2 while the swimming pool area on the lowest. The upper floor, the main house, is developed in one level and the guesthouse is situated on the lower floor. There is no internal communication between the main house and the guesthouse.
The main house contains two bedrooms, the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and the second bedroom with two single beds and an adjacent bathroom. The master bedroom is filled with light through its floor-length window. It has access to a balcony ideal for privacy and book reading, while enjoying the magnificent view.
The common spaces feature an open - plan kitchen with a seating and a dining area along with a fireplace. The kitchen is well equipped with all the necessary facilities, including a dishwasher and a filter/espresso coffee maker. An auxiliary laundry closet contains the washing machine. The spacious unified living and dining room opens up to two large covered terraces ideal for breakfast and home cooked meals with awesome views to the Greek landscape and to Spetses island.
On the lower floor, the guesthouse benefits from the same amazing view facing the sea and Spetses Island. It has a separate entrance; it is independent and autonomous as a whole. The spacious 70m2 guesthouse can accommodate up to 2 to 4 guests. It consists of a bedroom with a bathroom, an open- space living room with a kitchen - lunch corner and a single and a double sofa bed. It is ideal for a couple who need their privacy and autonomy while they enjoy their vacation with their friends or for a family with 2 or 3 kids. A balcony offers an amazing view of the scenery. A level down, there is a direct access to the swimming pool and the outdoor spaces.
The pool area has a large infinity seawater swimming pool (length 10m, width 5m, depth 1.70m) along with a sunshade umbrella space and a pool side shower. Elegant sun beds, cosy sofa chairs situated around the pool are perfect for sunbathing and for enjoying the limitless view to the horizon. In the evening, it is ideal for relaxation and cocktails while captured by the dazzling view.

All rooms of Villa Melanthi, are air conditioned making it very pleasant during the hot summer days. Wi-Fi Internet connection is provided in all levels as well as an LCD TV and a hi - fi system in the living’s room main house.
