Beautiful, comfortable, spacious house in a high-end gated community, overlooking the city of Gravatá. A peaceful location with a pleasant climate. Features a complete gourmet area, heated pool, and barbecue. Ideal for enjoying peaceful and pleasant days with family. 6 bedrooms, 4 of which are suites, all with air conditioning, accommodates 14 people, garage for 4 cars, two equipped kitchens. Gravatá is a city with excellent gastronomy, good restaurants, tourist excursions with ATVs, horseback riding, waterfalls, handicrafts, and a market with lots of forró music every Saturday. We have a tradition of June and Christmas festivals. Discover our city and enjoy wonderful days.
