Conveniently in the red rocks located just six miles south of Uptown Sedona means easy access to hiking trails and local restaurants without dealing with the often heavy Uptown traffic—a definite plus for guests seeking both convenience and serenity. 20-30 minutes closer to Phoenix and I17 means you will be here relaxing sooner and without the potential heavy uptown traffic.

A Family Affair! The Denney family have owned and personally managed the The Dream Maker since 2018. Tish and Taylor (mother and daughter) oversee the property to insure you have a wonderful experience. We also live in the area so are able to assist with any needs quickly during your stay.
Why they chose this property
We chose this area due to the magnificent Red Rock Beauty, all the wonderful things about the Sedona area yet without the bumper to bumper traffic- especially on the weekends. World class restaurants, hiking and biking, SPAs all within a short drive or walk. We even have a nearly private hiking trail on which you most likely will be alone! We also like the great country feel as opposed to the commercial motel areas.
What makes this property unique
The Sedona Dream Maker was an actual working Arizona cattle ranch during the 1940s-1960s, it was the historic "Dickison Family Homestead". The Denney's vision included spending nearly 5 years to make it the incredible destination that it is today, with no detail overlooked!
