Very nice clean Loft apartment with comfy beds and a well appointed kitchen. It was conveniently located near the Monett YMCA where my kids were attending a swim meet. The snacks and cold drinks were a bonus. Thank you for a lovely place to stay.

A fully furnished apartment that was clean and tidy and very well presented, the owners have designed it with a rustic feel and have put lots of thought into making it feel comfortable and restful.

Our family really enjoyed this loft! It was spacious for a family of 5. Kids liked the industrial look of it. Everything was neat and in order. The snacks and drinks were a nice added treat after the drive. The host was great! Effective communication! Lots of cameras on the outside of the building for added security for your vehicle! Monett downtown is on the rebound and we highly recommend staying here! Hopefully loft 1 is open next time. I hear there is a balcony!

Super nice!

Lovely place to stay. Beautiful decor, comfortable beds, great location. Right next to Great Dave’s Coffee with the best coffee and light breakfast fare and lunch also. Will definitely stay there again when I’m back in town.

Easter weekend

Gorgeous loft close to restaurants and family. We usually stay in a hotel but after this stay we may not be able to go back. Well appointed and very clean. We will definitely be staying here again.

Pros:-Great location -Very cute and well decorated-We really appreciated the well stocked snacks and drinksCons:-The whole loft needs a deep clean. Bedspreads and shower curtains were stained. The floor was dirty. Many pieces of furniture had pet and human hair.

Amazing!!!

Our experience was great! We didn't know much about the area and they provided a book with all the information we needed for eating and what to do. The apartment is so beautiful with plenty of room. The attention to detail was impressive. Everything was top notch from the comfy beds to the towels. They even provided some drinks in the fridge and had a great assortment of snacks. We will most definitely be back and would highly recommend staying here if you're in the area.

Truly Incredible

We were in awe of the beautiful old building and felt completely comfortable the minute we stepped through the door. My mother in law and I were in Monett visiting family and “The Lofts” exceeded our expectations, we couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. Our host, Rexanna was wonderful; communication was easy & efficient and she made sure we had everything we needed before we arrived and while we were there. We truly appreciated the historical charm and homey atmosphere, the comfortable beds/linens, nice furniture & lovely decor, along with many other extra touches in the kitchen and throughout the unit. We enjoyed walking around the downtown location, Dave’s Coffee Shop next door had delicious bagels, Peppers & Company just down the street was a great boutique shop, and Modern Variety was a real fun store. We look forward to the opportunity of staying at The Loft’s again when visiting family in Monett. The amount of hard work and effort put forth for this incredible project was very apparent, congratulations to everyone involved and thank you for sharing it with us!
