From the moment we arrived at this property, we were impressed. The property is located in a quiet residential area and just a convenient short walk into town. The property is exquisitely styled and is presented with great furnishings, making it a calm and relaxing oasis to enjoy. The spa and outdoor area are well thought out and highlight outdoor living at its best. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be returning on our annual trip to Palm Cove. Very nice and clean property and apartment, comfy beds, we loved the open layout of the apartment and the hot tub. Would love to stay there again. Communication with Frank was very easy and pleasant, he was very responsive and made sure that we had an easy check-in.

Up there with a few of the best quality holiday rentals. Very quiet for sleep, temperature control v comfortable, bed linens and mattress very comfortable. Sharpened kitchen knives were very appreciated. I have a theory that good quality amenities promote greater guest respectfulness - as though you’re staying as a guest in someone’s home.I cannot overstate how much I appreciated and enjoyed staying in Frank and John’s guest house. It was immaculately clean, right down to the bbq. TYSM.

Enjoyed the proximity to all of the attractions. Beautiful home with great lighting and design as well as being very clean and quiet.Loved the spa pool at the end of the day.Host was responsive and provided relevant information.

Had an excellent stay at Frank's place.Ideally situated 2 minutes from the beautiful beach and just a short stroll to the busier center of Palm Cove, perfect. The accommodation was just right for our needs and the spa very welcome indeed! Despite Frank being overseas for our stay he was still very attentive and sorted our only question almost instantly, thank you! Would very happily stay there again.

We had an amazing stay and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.The property was clean, beautifully furnished and in a great location. It was a fantastic space to relax and enjoy some family time, and the outdoor spa was an absolute winner!We stayed with our kids and found the property perfect for a family. Everything was comfortable, well looked after and exactly what we needed.The host was also fantastic. Friendly, welcoming and always available to help if we needed anything, which made the whole stay even easier.We had a wonderful time and would happily stay again. Highly recommended!
