Come and experience this gorgeous Federation cottage that has been lovingly restored with a trendy modern kitchen and bathroom, whilst retaining its beautiful heritage.
The cottage features two large queen bedrooms, a separate dining and living area, well equipped kitchen, bathroom and laundry, and a lovely sunny paved outdoor area to sit and relax after a hard day's work or sightseeing.


There is an office area off living room where the lounge converts to fold out bed for a fifth person. Please note we do not provide linen for this and there is only one really high window with no blind.There is split system heating and cooling in the living areas, and ceiling fans / portable heaters in the two bedrooms.All linen is provided, as well as high speed wifi and tea and coffee making facilities.Up to two pets welcome but not on couches or beds please.There is rear off-street parking for three cars including a carport. Mitchell St is a stone's throw from central Albury. 500m to all the urban restaurants, cafes and thriving retail sector of the CBD.

We had a lovely stay. Communication with the host was excellent and everything was clear and easy from start to finish. The accommodation was comfortable and well set up with everything you need for a short stay. The location was perfect and very convenient.

Absolutely perfect for a business stay in Albury. The space was clean, comfortable and well-equipped, with everything exactly as described. Check-in was seamless, communication clear, and the location ideal. Will definitely book again next time we’re in town. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay at this beautifully decorated and well equipped house. It was conveniently situated in the town centre and had ample and safe parking in the rear. We had more than enough heating options. Worth mentioning also is the very comfortable bedding, which was important to us. We were very happy staying in this "home away from home", and would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

Everything immaculate, lovely house with a nice sunny backyard, nicely fitted out, everything you need is there only 9 minutes walk to town but quiet - - we couldn’t get the tv to work - maybe more instructions on that would be helpful - and maybe other pillow options ? But that’s personal choice
