Loved the property! Ran out of toilet paper on the stay and didn’t have a toaster which seemed odd , yet in every other way we were very happy! Would love another stay in the future! So beautiful

A great place to stay. We loved it. Super nice people. Convenient to everything. Highly recommend. One queen bed was very soft so we didn’t use that bedroom (fortunately we didn’t need that bedroom).

Peaceful Stay

We rented this lovely farmhouse for a week while visiting family. It was perfect for our family! Very clean and spacious. It has a wonderful covered porch where we spent much of our time. You’re on a working cattle ranch in a peaceful setting and still a fairly short walk into Mancos. The upstairs bedrooms were surprisingly spacious. Would definitely come back.

We absolutely loved this property! Very clean. The beds were very comfortable. We are three ladies that have been taking a yearly trip together for the past 33 years. This is one of the nicest homes we have stayed in. Beautiful views out every window. Very roomy and comfortable. A few suggestions to add to the kitchen: pizza cutter, wine glasses, ice cube trays, mixing/cooking/serving bowls that are microwavable, dish cloths, and a toaster. We were able to make do and did just fine without these things, but thought it would be nice if they were added to the kitchen. Would we stay here again? Absolutely! Maybe next year!

Mancos - Mesa Verde Trip

The house was perfect for 11 people to sleep and enjoy the space comfortably. It is located right outside of downtown Mancos and only 15 minutes from Mesa Verde National Park entrance.

EXCELLENT property. whole family loved it. Drove by it on the way to the property because we couldn't see the house because the trees were all leafed out. Would stay again in a heartbeat, or less.

Mancos stay

Not enough adjectives in the English language to describe our stay in Mancos. The house was CLEAN, neat and the patio was the best. We spent most of our time on the patio with our brothers and wives and our sons and thoroughly enjoyed the charm of staying in an old farm house. The perfect place for a mini family reunion. The serenade of the frogs and crickets at night added to the experience.
