- Living room with dining area (table and chairs) and lounge area (TV, sofa bed: 2-person sleeping, 140, duvet) opening onto the south-facing loggia (garden furniture) with a view of the residence pool
- Open-plan and fully equipped kitchen (4-ring ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher)
- 1 master bedroom with 1 double bed (140, duvet) and en-suite shower room
- WC

Upstairs (child safety gate at the top of the stairs):
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90, duvets, carpeted floor)
