Dear Jen, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry your stay was not what you were hoping for and for the frustration around modifying your dates — booking and insurance terms limit changes. Your request was made the day before your check in. There was a storm in the area, and our office did offer for you to add an additional night at a prorated price. You declined the offer until after hours we received your text message to add the additional night. Our office followed up with you by phone call first thing in the morning to add the night stay. You were submitted a new door code and housekeeping was messaged immediately. The traveler's insurance was not purchased through KEES Vacations. You booked via a third-party channel and were asked if you purchased the traveler's insurance via the third party. You were informed by the agent that you could file a claim through the trip preserver insurance if you did purchase via the third party you booked with. We truly do apologize about the Wi-Fi being out. We know in these modern times Wi-Fi is important. A task was created as soon as you reported it. The agent requested if you still would like assistance due to your check out day was the very next day. Please understand that we could not switch dates or modify due to the arrival date so soon and the insurance was not purchased. We hope that you would give us another chance in the future.
