Welcome to Cozy Cove! This spacious, beautifully decorated brick rancher offers 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, including two very private master suites. It's a wonderful home for multi-family getaways, large families, or groups. This home features an incredible covered patio that overlooks a peaceful cove on Smith Mountain Lake. The patio has an outdoor dining table for 10, ample lounge seating, a gas grill, and a fire pit with seating adjacent to it. Provided activities include 2 stand-up paddleboards, 1 tandem and 3 single kayaks, plenty of life jackets, a large covered dock with a swim ladder, and enough room for two boats and jet skis. Rent your boat, or bring your own. There is easy parking on site for a boat trailer. The dock has a picnic table and a fish light for viewing the fish in the cove at night! Cameras at the dock are for security only. Enjoy watching Blue Herons and other wildlife from the dock, patio, or as you stroll along the paved path from the house to the dock. Dogs are welcome for an additional fee, and with the required documents. Our canine guests can enjoy the enormous fenced yard and a welcome basket with toys, towels, blankets, and enough beds and dishes for up to three furry friends. Fun activities provided include a large selection of books, board games, puzzles, corn hole, and bicycles. The cove is great for swimming and fishing, too.
This property has a full-sized laundry/mudroom with a separate entrance, a kitchen that's fully stocked for cooking and entertaining, including a coffee bar with K-cup and full-sized brewing machines, syrups, a frother, and a coffee grinder. Plenty of seating for dining and lounging indoors, including a dining table for 8, a bar table for 2, 2 counter stools, a large sectional sofa, and plenty of places to tuck in and read or relax. 4 of the 5 bedrooms have a smart TV with WiFi. The living room has a large smart TV and DVD/Blu-ray player with hundreds of DVDs to use.

Home is managed by CB Sales and Rentals, Inc. Luxury sheets, towels, blankets, and comforters, pillows, plus mattress protectors and pads are supplied. Please bring your own toiletries. Occupancy is set by the local county and state of VA; we do not have the ability to override it or make exceptions.
