Points positifs : Très bon accueil, emplacement, stationnement, sentier du littoral à 100 m, accès direct au centre ville en 10mns, appartement bien agencé ( 2 chambres, dernier étage 2 sdb .) restaurants et superette à proximité. Points négatifs : Décoration vieillotte, linge mis à disposition usé et presque à craindre, cuisine et ustensiles sales, quelques dispositifs cassés... bref ensemble usé surement par les locations estivales successives.

La gare TER de Boulouris à 300m pour escapades rapides sur Cannes (< à 30 minutes) voire A/R sur Saint Raphael centre ou Agay plage en quelques minutes = pas besoin de la voiture durant l'ensemble du séjour !
