❁ Guaranteed late check out: $40 (12pm); full daily rate for check out after
12pm

❁ Cleaning service during your stay can be arranged if you require at
additional cost.

❁ One set of key will be provided per booking. Second set of key can be provided with a deposit of $100 (deposit will be refunded when both keys are returned after check out).

❁ we will provide guest essentials and linens, towels as well as toiletries will be provided,corresponding to the number of occupants specified in your application, any extra amount of these items can be provided at additional cost.

❁ Post guest items: $30 service fee + postage

❁ Unlock fee: $150 (Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm), $250 (all other hours)

❁ Please don't change the location of our big furnitures and appliances(such as sofa, beds, washing machine, refrigerator, TV, TV cabinet).
If you move these big heavy stuffs, you might be injured or get an electric shock.

What's more, customers are responsible for any damage associated including towels and bed linens, to prevent any intentional damageand the owner reserves the right to charge maintenance and repair and any extra costs if the customer changes the furniture location.

We have professional cleaner doing house keeping after every check out. The cleaner also deep cleans monthly to make sure you have a great environment staying here!
