Beautiful view, great location! The outside stairs to the basement apartment were difficult for my older mom. The entire apartment is a time capsule from the early 1950’s- 1970’s. Nothing appears to have been changed.

I had a lot of expectation about this place, but the first moment I stepped in the house everything changed, the smell of dust everywhere, spiderweb all over, the 1950 dirty carpet showers without soap shampoo, the smell of bed, no laundry ripped couches, no usb port anywhere ,this place needs huge change. I think I was back in the 80s.

We’re sorry the stay didn’t meet expectations. The home is cleaned between each stay, and we’ll continue paying close attention to dust and exterior webs, especially given the lakeside setting. Bar soap and shampoo are provided for guests, and the listing reflects the amenities available at the home; a washer and dryer are not provided. We also reviewed the concerns about the furnishings after the stay. We appreciate the opportunity to address the feedback and will continue working to keep the home comfortable and well prepared for future guests.
