Beachside Bliss: 2BR, 2.5BA w/ Pool, Steps to Rehoboth Ave & Sand
Two bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, 2 level floor plan just two blocks to the beach & one block to Rehoboth Ave, with small community pool & two great restaurants on first floor of the building. Recently renovated with an all new open kitchen, all new furniture throughout and updated bathrooms. Three TVs w/streaming service & internet. King bed, twin beds and queen size sofa bed in living room. Two reserved parking spaces. Guests to supply their own sheets, towels, kitchen towels (which can be rented for your convenience). Guests will need to bring consumables like paper towels, toilet paper, dish soaps & trash bags. No smoking & no pets.

Living Area: 1 Sofa Bed
Guests can purchase a $70 (non-refundable) accidental damage protection fee policy OR select a $3,000 refundable security deposit.
Rentals DO NOT INCLUDE toiletries, bed or bath linens, linen packages are available for purchase.
Dogs are not permitted in our rental units unless otherwise indicated.
The standard policy for community pools is that they are opened starting on May 25th and closing on September 1st.
