Lovely, private, boutique fully furnished two-bedroom ground floor, free standing un-attached renovated home unit in cosmopolitan Middle Brighton. One master bedroom out of two bedrooms available (pictured) with block out & filtered blinds. The unit contains 2x sunny courtyards including a grassed area and a large entertainment deck. Bedroom & lounge look out to large patio and tall trees. The neighbours are very quiet and respectful so you should have a peaceful night's sleep.
Free use of a fabulous Brighton bathing beach bathing box for stays over 14 nights subject to owner availability.
One minute walk to shops and restaurants including 3x cafes, Italian restaurant, chemist, gourmet deli, mini supermarket, fish/chips & pizza shop, post office, hairdresser. 20-minute walk to beach. 20 min drive to city. Off street parking. Close to public transport.

Why they chose this property
Brighton is an affluent and cosmopolitan location in Melbourne. It features the famous bathing boxes, pleasant beaches, sea baths and up market shops and restaurants. Church St is a very unique and relaxed shopping strip worth visiting.
What makes this property unique
The apartment is quiet and secluded near shops and has an outlook to beautiful tall trees on one side. It has a small side courtyard, a grassed back courtyard and a large decking area. Built in the 1970s it has been renovated.
