About this property

New, stylish top floor apartement, free Wifi, bus stop directly at the house

We offer a new, closed attic apartment built in 2019, for self-catering (bread service possible) with 3 balconies that offer a wonderful view of the mountains of the rear Zillertal. The apartment extends over 2 floors and includes a spacious kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine (filter incl.), Dishes, pots, pans, toaster, kettle, various spices, and much more - satellite TV, cozy Sitting area and sofa. On this floor there are 3 double rooms which can be expanded with extra beds if required. All rooms have their own balcony with garden furniture. A staircase leads to the next floor where the bathroom with shower / toilet and wash basin and a separate toilet are located. Toilet paper, bed linen as well as hand and bath towels are included once in the offer. Cots and high chairs can be provided free of charge.

There is also a ski cellar with a ski boot dryer. In summer, bicycles can be borrowed for free on site (subject to availability).

Brilliant apartment

Fabulous apartment, very well appointed and comfortable beds. Loved the views, spacious, airy, everything was very clean and worked well. Only improvements would be to provide 2 keys and to add a washing machine. Thanks for letting us stay.

Fantastic, newly built apartment with easy access to the slopes.

Travelling in a group of 3 adults we rented Daniela’s apartment in Eckartau for three nights and were very pleased with the very high standard of accommodation and extremely convenient location for the slopes. We skied Mayerhofen and accessed the resort via the Hornergbahn gondola which is 5 min away by car. The parking at the gondola was very easy also. Mayerhofen itself can be accessed quickly by bus which stops outside the apartment or taxi for about €13 (can be walked in 30 min also). I would definitely recommend Daniela’s apartment and could not fault a single thing with the whole set up. It really made our long weekend of skiing very comfortable and enjoyable.

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Skiurlaub bei Dani im Haus Rosenheim verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben und es fehlt an nichts. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und nur zwei Stationen mit dem Skibus von der Bergstation entfernt.

Wir sind von Daniela sehr herzlich empfangen worden. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Schlafzimmer sind komfortabel und die Küche besticht durch den großen Esstisch. Auch bei Regen lässt es sich gut auf den Balkonen sitzen. Alles in allem eine tolle Unterkunft, die wir gern weiter empfehlen.

Wir haben in der Wohnung einen tollen Urlaub verbracht. Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben und sehr gut isoliert (es war sehr heiß in den zwei Wochen). Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und hat uns toll unterstützt. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir geschützt in dem Raum hinter der Haustür abstellen, perfekt. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr nett, groß und Skibus vor der Tür

Die 3 Schlafzimmer haben für unsere 5 köpfige Familie ausreichend Platz geboten. Auch die große Küche war sehr angenehm und sehr gut ausgestattet. Neben dem Bad mit Dusche und WC gibt es noch ein zweites WC. Leider keine zweite Dusche. Die Besitzerin war sehr freundlich und wir konnten das Appartement am Abreisetag noch bis 16 Uhr nutzen, da die neuen Gäste erst einen Tag später kamen. Super toll ist auch der Skikeller mit Schuhtrockner. Der Skibus hält in beide Richtungen (Ahorn/Penken und Horberg) direkt vor dem Haus. Perfekt.

Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, Wohnung sehr modern mit schöner Küche. Alle Zimmer mit Balkon und Skibus direkt vor der Tür. Vermieterin ist sehr nett, wir konnten sogar schon eher die Zimmer beziehen. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Sehr schöne Wohnung in guter Lage

Eine sehr schöne, saubere Wohnung in guter Lage. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im wunderschönen Zillertal. Da die Wohnung in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Zillertaler Straße liegt, kann man von dort aus alles schnell erreichen (mit dem Auto oder der Zillertaler Bahn). Die Wohnung hat 3 überdachte Balkone, so dass man auch bei Regen den schönen Ausblick auf die Berge von dort genießen kann.

The house was build in 1950 from my Grand parents.
It was from the beginning , formerly primarily to summer visitors , then , as propagated lifts were built , even in winter , rented . Originally it was a bed and breakfast with shared shower . There was a great demand for apartments , my mother led the 2005 renovation . The house was constantly rebuilt and renovated . The decor is rather rustic , but also gradually modernized . It was paid attention to cleanliness - this is finally the calling card of the house . I'm always up for a chat and can also give some tips for trips etc...
