Pool is much smaller than it looks in the photos. House is much more outdated than it looks in the photos. Not a bad walk to the beach but if you are taking anything more than a towel, be prepared to have someone drop you off and then drive back and walk because there’s no parking close to the beach.

Nice property for families

Nice property overall. Good for families and a short walk to the beach. Close to the grocery and some activities. We loved the pool. However we did feel that the Happy Stays X app concerning rules, procedures and WiFi password was difficult to navigate or even hard to find items we were searching for. Some items that were suppose to be located in the app were not and actually sent via email. Contacting the management company directly for issues or concerns produced quick resolutions. Everyone we talked to was very professional.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but the property has several maintenance and safety issues that should be addressed.The most concerning issue was finding broken glass inside a dresser in one of the children’s bedrooms, which is a significant safety hazard. There were also visible water stains on several ceilings, suggesting repairs may be needed. The sliding glass doors were difficult to open and close and did not lock easily, making them inconvenient and raising security concerns.Several items in the kitchen also need attention. The dishwasher’s lower rack was badly deteriorated, and the blender appeared to have either mold or deteriorating rubber pieces inside, making it unusable.Outside, the deck needs maintenance, as several nails were protruding and should be secured to prevent injuries. The lawn and surrounding landscaping were also noticeably overgrown and would benefit from trimming to improve the property’s appearance and upkeep.With some routine maintenance and attention to these issues, this could be a much better rental experience.
