Excellent choice to have booked this cottage. The owner was very responsive . The cottage was so close to the different beaches. Surely recommend this cottage to anyone wanting to have a good stay at a very affordable price.

The place was very nice, has the modern touch with the cottage feel, the hose was very easy to contact which was nice. the place is in a good location lots of things to do around it. the only thing I would say is the cleanliness was not up to my standards, the floors were sticky and definitely not swept {socks from last people were left, toe nail clipping on bathroom floor} and there were cobwebs inside and definitely outside, all furniture outside was not usable due to all the spiders and bugs in the area and hadn't been cleaned off in a long time. but other then that it is a nice place to stay at.

This was a great retreat away from the city. Beaches were nearby as listed. Great way to get away with friends for quiet time out of the city!

The cottage was the perfect place for our group to stay at while we was there ice fishing. The cottage was very warm inside despite temps below 0 degrees our whole stay. Another bonus is there is lake access right by the cottage that a person could use to get on the ice. Lathan was very responsive to our questions and was a very good host. We would definitely stay here again on our annual ice fishing trip to Lake Simcoe.

Property was dirty and smelly. Spoons had grime on them. Cabinets missing doors. Property was infested with spiders and fire ants and my family got bitten repeatedly. Host is a lier. We requested a refund because we couldn't stay in this mess of a cottage and couldn't sleep because of the smell. They agreed to refund first and when we moved out following morning we got a run around from expedia and the host. My vacation got ruined because of deceptive listing description and fake reviews.

Great communication and quick response to our queries.It's not in Beaverton where the rest of our family is, but it's a nice place close to Lake Simcoe.Our big problem was the heat. We are all from Ottawa and we are used to temps that are a bit cooler. It seemed like we could use the fans to get to an acceptable temp in the main area but the bedrooms was too hot for a good sleep.
