Great location for our family. Close to the no frills and shoppers as well as the highway for easy access around the GTA. Host was great with communication. House was clean and had everything we needed. You'll have no issues with this owner.

We loved our stay; it was a great location for sightseeing. The home was located in a quiet neighborhood. Areas for improvement: the temperature in the home was very different upstairs, where three bedrooms are located; it gets very hot. The middle and basement floors are very cold. So, depending on where you're sleeping, you might be sweating or cold. Lastly, the house rule is to be quiet at 10pm to respect the tenant, but you can hear the tenant cooking and watching t.v after midnight. Thankfully, the couple sleeping in the basement room said it reminded them of their 1st apartment.

Beautiful house with top-notch amenities. It was perfect for celebrating Christmas with our family. The description and pictures in the listing are exactly as we found it: immaculate, comfortable and convenient. Great stay!

We stayed in May with our family of 6 for a wedding. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. The place is clean and located in a quiet neighbourhood. Had everything we needed with plenty of dishes, towels, shampoo etc. The place is as pictured and allowed all of us to have plenty of space. For families with kids there is a nice park about a 2 minute walk away. Highly recommend!

House was spotless, was indeed beautiful, was in an easy accessible location to surroundings. House manager was very easy to talk with and helped address any needs immediately one being the basement tenant being very loud until the wee hours one night. The listing reads that the basement is sound proof it is not. We could easily hear the tenant watching tv and cleaning. Also the tenants exit leads to the backyard so if you spend time in the backyard you will most likely run into him (he was nice) but not expected. I would also like to mention out of all the bedrooms shown in the pictures none are the master bedroom (I assume it was one of the locked room upstairs) and while yes there are 4 other beautiful rooms to stay in two of the rooms share a jack and Jill bathroom, us parents ended up in the basement to have privacy away from the kids with our own bathroom only to have it share a door with the basement tenant. The showers were great. They had a pack and play that was a lifesaver.
