It has 180 degree views taking in the ocean, harbour and Mount Cook. The noise from ferries and other vessels is absorbed by the harbour's bolder walls making this a delightful spot to watch passing vessels and enjoy the company of the friendly resident Wallabies. With the side veranda being open to the yard, the wallabies will hop up right next to you to munch on a carrot whilst you enjoy an afternoon beer or wine. Catch a fish or crayfish on your doorstep and each year watch the whales. Stag Horn and other corals make for great snorkelling at the base of the front rock wall on a calm day.
