Mauvaise expérience

Nous avons réservé ce logement sur le site abritel, payé le séjour qui a été débité, contacté le propriétaire pour prendre le logement...Mais voilà, le propriétaire nous indique que son logement est déjà occupé. Nous avons appelé Abritel. Notre contact nous explique qu'une solution est en cours pour nous reloger et demande de rappeler dans une heure. Une heure après je rappelle et je remarque aussi que j'ai reçu un mail m'indiquant que le séjour est annulé et que nous serons remboursés. J'appelle Abritel qui me confirme le remboursement et s'excuse. Certes, mais vous vous retrouvez tout de même à Nimes, conjoint et 3 enfants à tenter de retrouver un hébergement en plein mois d'août à 19h30... Faites donc bien attention car ce logement n'est pas disponible et je ne vous souhaite pas de vivre cette mauvaise expérience.
