Enjoy outdoor living at its finest with a large L-shaped pool and a brand new hot tub arriving mid-September. Bring your boat, the private dock allows you to park it just steps from the house. The oversized driveway provides ample parking for multiple vehicles, a large trailer, or even a boat.

This retreat is packed with entertainment and amenities, including a pool table, basketball court, and a home gym. You’ll also have access to a shared paddleboard and kayak for exploring the river.

We had such an amazing time! We loved that we were able to enjoy kayaking on the river, the privacy of a pool, and great views! The hosts provided suggestions for food and entertainment. They responded quickly to our questions and were very kind. They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. My parents are already planning our next vacation!

We really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and wonderful house...The communication was perfect. Our favorite was kayaking on the river and just enjoying each other in the pool, playing pool and games. We would highly recommend this listing. Thank you guys!Only side bar would be to make sure u dont get pulled over by Canadian customs for no reason. lol. We lost 3 hrs for what we thought was a silly witch hunt on Americans. Who are good people and were just looking to try a getaway somewhere new. But nothing against our hosts. They were awesome!

We recently spent a full week at The Grand River Retreat with a group of six adults. The property was exactly as depicted. The outdoor pool area was a highlight of our stay.It had ample seating for everyone, a great selection of pool toys and floats, and the pool house with a full gym was a unique and appreciated bonus. The easy access to a washroom from the pool area made outdoor lounging even more convenient.Meals were a breeze thanks to the covered outdoor dining area, perfect for larger gatherings, and the indoor dining setup easily accommodated all eight of us, with additional island seating that would comfortably serve up to 12. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed for an extended stay and offered plenty of space for multiple cooks to prep and serve meals without feeling cramped.The living room was cozy and well-furnished, providing ample seating for movie nights or conversations. The bedrooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Upstairs, we enjoyed the large entertainment space— complete with a sectional sofa, TV, pool table, foosball, gaming consoles, and board games.The property is fully fenced, which provides peace of mind for guests with dogs. The private access down to the river with a dock and firepit made for beautiful evenings under the stars. The location is convenient to town and the driveway had plenty of parking. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the GRR and would highly recommend to anyone considering this listing
