This was a corner unit. Full of wrap-around windows. I prefer units like this with lots of sunlight. Dark places are depressing. The weather was perfect on Sunday (no wind, sunny) so I went out on a jetski for half an hour. Nothing is more fun at the beach than riding around on a jetski. They rent them right in front of the Beach Villas from the neighboring Pink Shell Property. 7th floor views are great.

Great

Clean, easy access to the beach, close to the heart of Fort Myers Beach without being in the middle of the action, plenty of starter amenities (example: laundry detergent, soap…). Will recommend to friends and family. If I ever visit Fort Myers Beach again, I would be highly likely to stay here. (Although we don’t like to vacation in the same spot more than once, we prefer to try a new vacation location every year!)

The best part was when the TV in the bedroom (1st day) was not working Brad came to determine the problem and the next day he brought a new TV. The floors were sandy, no coffee filters, old ice in the bin, no instruction book, every TV worked differently, limited toiletries, no beach chairs. We have stayed on Ft. Meyers Beach for many years without having these issues.
