The lake is at the end of the road and bbq’s, seating, exercise equipment and a boat ramp. At the end of adjoining road is a bakery, BWS, mini mart and a takeaway. Stockland Shopping Centre is only a couple of minutes down the road and KFC, Hungry Jacks and McDonalds are located just a bit further. At Strand Street which is a few kilometers away is Forster Bowling Club, Club Forster, Forster Golf Club and One Mile Beach.

Clean and comfortable house with lovely welcome gifts from owner. Great fenced yard and enclosed back area for dog. Excellent communication from a super friendly and helpful host. Lovely spot a short walk from water.

It was a perfect stay. Mel is very communicative and quick in response. She is kind and supportive. We love the welcome package, the comfy cozy feeling of the house. It feels like home. The nearby riverside park provides a nice surprise for our family and its also dog friendly too. Overall, an unforgettable experience.

Responsive and helpful host. Clean and tidy but older style property. Amenities as listed though one toilet was out of action for our stay. Convenient location for us and pet friendly which was great.Wifi wasn't listed but would be a useful upgrade as there is a smart tv in the place. Pillows were quite soft not to our preference. Minor point but there were no pegs for the washing line, only noticed on last day anyway.
