Enjoy this updated 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhouse at Lincoln Station, with spacious deck and shuffleboard.. Enter through the outer foyer to remove coats and footwear, and then pass the half bath as you move into the home. From here, it opens into a spacious living and dining area with a wall of windows, and a slider onto the deck. The living area offers a gas fireplace and flat-screen smart TV, while the comfortable dining area provides seating for eight at the table, three at the counter, and a view into the fully-equipped open kitchen. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with a private bath and smart TV. One hosts two sets of bunks (twin/twin and twin/full), and the other a king bed.

As a guest of this townhouse, you'll enjoy exclusive Lincoln Station Club House membership. This membership grants you access to many amenities, including an indoor pool, perfect for year-round swimming, an outdoor pool for those warm summer days, and a recreation room for fun-filled evenings.

Great little property. Very mountain-esque feels. Right off the main road with grocery store, restaurants, multitude of other stores. 10 minutes from Franconia Notch and other mountain attractions. Communication with the hosts was smooth and they left numbers to reach 24/7 if needed. Would recommend this spot/host

We enjoyed our stay. Great location for access to town, Loon Mountain and local attractions. Home was very clean with excellent communication from property manager. Perfect for a couple or 1 couple traveling with children due to bunk bedding in 2nd bedroom not ideal for two couples. Worked perfectly for us with comfortable furniture and bedding. Coffee area was nice with both a pot and keurig option. We would stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is clean, well maintained and very nice. The rental company is very easy to deal with and we have rented in this condo complex many times. We love the location. However this time the end unit was rented to some sort of religious cult that had at least 20 people. The children, from small to teenager wrote religious messages in chalk all over the parking lot, laid behind our vehicle , played ball next to our car, took over the entire shallow end of the pool and made the other families uncomfortable and sang hymns and then took our parking space-which I asked them to move. It was very strange. That's why I gave a 4. Also the general condition of the lawns and common areas was not what I normally have seen in the past, the grass had not been mowed the overall outside property looked unkept. We have been coming there for 25 years and my in-laws owned a unit in the first phase maybe the HOA needs to get involved? Otherwise a lovely stay and the unit we stayed in was very nice and very clean. Love the coffee bar, very thoughtful!
