This home features a perfect location being only minutes away from the newly built Meridian village and just a few miles from Downtown Boise. From classic Boise restaurants to the unique Village shopping, this location shares it all.
Guests are required to digitally agree and sign house rules and rental agreement which will be emailed once booking is received.

Great Location

Property was as described. There was plenty of space for our entire family 2 dogs. Great location that gives you access to shopping, restaurants, parks. Would recommend if traveling with family and/or pets.

Great property for us and 1 other famiky to stay while our daughters played state softball. Younger siblings loved the hot tub. Beds were comfy.

The accommodations were lovely, communications with the owner/management team were beyond phenomenal. A hot tub was a tad bit disappointing and if I were to venture a guess, there was a large party type tenants right before us, and there was indications at the home was not in as pristine condition as it normally would be, but I honestly believe that is the one off I could not have asked for a more responsive and carrying owner/management team. They even proactively reached out about our thermostat properly working or not thank you for a marvelous day. Should we return to the area? We will look at rebooking this property. I might request you take a look to ensure the dishwasher is working as efficiently as you’d like it too

Communication was lacking. Cleanliness was a concern, especially downstairs floors, throw rug, refrigerator, kitchen utensils, and bedding. There were very few bath towels; all were dingy. The dish towels were worn and dingy. The description of the property was inaccurate. There were only six kitchen table chairs, one of which was broken and could not be used.

What makes this property unique

The kitchen is stocked with basic pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups, silverware, and measuring cups. As well as a coffee maker, toaster, and large dining table. If you have a larger group, a helpful tip from us is to bring disposable plates, bowls, napkins, and utensils, to ensure everyone is accommodated. There is one smart TV in which guests are able to log into their personal streaming accounts (Netflix, Hulu, etc).

Parking available in garage with extra parking on the opposite side of the street. Uber/Lyft are also great options for this area!
