This unit is perfectly positioned for a dog lovers holiday!! Just 50m to the 24/7 dog beach, dog friendly walk on lead around point, park across the road and swims in the river at low tide. It has a cafe downstairs for easy coffee, breakfasts and lunches. The unit is well appointed with everything you’ll need and the top verandah has amazing views over Mooloola River and Mooloolaba which are spectacular day and night. With its elevated position, the unit captures breezes from all directions.

On arrival issue with lift that did not close no matter what, it took around ten minutes for buttons to clear before operating correctly. Also upstairs cistern continually ran when flushing, had to always check buttons to stop water continually running. Downstairs sliding doors don’t lock. Unit was pleasant just making owners aware of minor issues.
