Family friendly bright, renovated downtown Drumheller home with a fully equipped kitchen, cozy beds and a charming loft.

No air conditioning, but portable fans are provided 😊 The upstairs loft will be warm on hot summer days

Guest Access:
You’ll have full access to the entire home, excluding the basement, and can enjoy the fully fenced yard. Free street parking is available on our quiet street.

The Space:
On the main floor you will find the bathroom, living space, two different dining spaces, the main bedroom, a full kitchen and access to the backyard. Steep stairs lead to the secondary bedroom, office & kids’ play area. The stairs may not be suitable for elderly guests or those with mobility issues.

This is a cute home on a quiet street. We enjoyed the unique table in the bay window for a family breakfast complete with a sweet little bunny in the backyard. This place did the trick for a weekend visit to the Rosebud Theatre (also a must see!).

It was a great experience! The property was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and all the amenities worked perfectly. There were plenty of options for the kids to play and keep themselves entertained, which they really enjoyed. The TV was great for relaxing after a busy day, the sofa was very comfortable, and the beds were clean and comfortable. There were also plenty of couches and seating areas for everyone to relax. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and a great property for families!

Very clean and a great location. Recommended some black out blinds in the upstairs bedroom as it was quite bright. Nicole was very open to the suggestion and a wonderful host! Nice Renos done and the kids reading nook was a huge hit with our 4 year old. Thanks so much for the stay!!

Depending on the make up of your group the double bed in the loft may not be big enough for your travellers. Also with no air conditioning it is very hot upstairs over 30 degrees in summer.

House was very nice and well kept, rooft is very low in the upstairs and the stairs are steep so keep that in mind if your really tall or have mobility. Main floor bedroom is great though, and no major stairs to get into the house. Great location and setup for garthering with family and friends. Ill be reccomending this place to friends and family!

Quaint and Comfortable

We took our grandkids (aged 6 and 8) to Drumheller for an adventure. The Kode was a lovely little home that suited our needs perfectly. The beds were super comfortable and pet friendly. I would give the place a 5/5 for sure. Keep in mind, If you have issues with stairs, they are a little steep. Other than that it was perfect for our stay :) Thank you again!!

The house was in a great location, walking distance to most great hotspots. Lots of space and family friendly games/activities so you don’t have to bring your own. Fantastic spot if bringing your dog - fenced in yard so there no worries.
