Place is beautiful , awesome location with beach, shops, & restaurants in walking distance. Place could use a vacuum to assist in cleaning up sand & there is not a hot tub.

This property did not have an elevator as advertised and there were only 2 beds on the Burton, not three. It was also not very well appointed (there were sufficient towels) but other than that lacked cooking/serving pot, platters etc. not really any beach gear.

House was exactly as advertised. Quick walk to the beach. Parking was very tight for SUVs. Bedrooms and bathrooms could use better window coverings. Well, some windows have no cover at all, so better is a bit inaccurate.

We loved the location! It was an easy walk to the beach as well as several restaurants, which made everything very convenient. The property was clean, well maintained, and exactly what we were looking for.My only minor suggestions would be to replace the beach umbrella, as it was broken, and update the beach chairs, which were rusty and difficult to open and close. I also agree with another reviewer that having a vacuum available would be a great addition to help keep the sand under control during our stay.Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again!
