Great condo, great value and price Right on the 18th hole of World Tour, can walk to club house Pool was fine, not very big for so many condo units, water was a little Murky

Glad the condo, value, and location worked so well for you — being right on the 18th hole at World Tour and within walking distance of the clubhouse really does make the stay special. I’m sorry the pool didn’t feel quite right for you; a murky pool water isn’t what I want guests dealing with.

Great location, spacious and quite condo

The condo is nicely updated and located in a quiet complex, with a peaceful third-floor balcony view of the golf course.Overall, the property was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The check-in and check-out process was easy and hassle-free.The in-unit washer and dryer, along with provided detergents, were a great amenity. The starter packs of essentials also made it convenient to settle in without needing to run to the store immediately. One suggestion would be to provide towels for the pool, which is advertised as an onsite amenity. It's not practical for families flying in to bring their own, and the unit’s manual states that bath towels should not be used for this purpose.Additionally, having at least one larger skillet would be helpful for preparing meals for a group of five.

Thank you for the feedback Patrick and pointing out all of the wonderful things this property has to offer. So sorry that the lack of pool towels brought the average down a star but I want to point out that we did give permission to use the bath towels since this meant so much to you. We do mention after booking that we do not regularly provide beach or pool towels because that equals at least 3 more loads of laundry which would increase rates as it would increase turnover time significantly between bookings. Additionally, had we been notified ahead of your stay rather than near the end and known that this was essential to make your stay 5 stars, we would have had them ready for you and are happy to do that for any other guest as well along with providing a larger skillet. A quick message prior to arrival is all that is needed.
