We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is beautiful and the neighborhood is very quiet. The waterfront is steps away and so is a nice little grocery store. There is enough room in the house for a nice family gathering. My sister, Aunt and Uncle and I had a nice catch up in this relaxing home and yard.

This was our second time renting this property. Everything was great and we noticed some recent improvements completed on the landscaping which made a great place even better. We like this location for its proximity to North Bay and how close it is to everything in Callendar. Our host was very accommodating and was quick to respond to our texts.

This property was just lovely. It was clean, beautifully decorated, and nicely situated in the town of Callandar. The beds were super comfortable, and, in between our numerous activities, we made good use of the TV to watch the FIFA games. Our host, Joan, was friendly and attentive. The town itself was wonderful. It is small yet has great amenities, including a heritage museum, right next-door and a Legion just down the street with all sorts of special events going on. The waterfront is an easy walk down the street. Overall, we had an enjoyable and relaxing stay, and would definitely recommend this home and this town.

This house was perfect for our stay on the long weekend. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us, and the location was ideal. We were very happy that there was a grocery store near by, and the waterfront was lovely. I would absolutely stay here again.

We were there on a lovely sunny Sept weekend in 2025. Perfect walk down to a boatlaunch and gazebo. Great little museum and info spot right next door. Quick 5 min drive to wonderful trail system. Deck and bbq were very useful.

Great place for our long weekend stay. The location is close to the lake and conveniently located to amenities like restaurants and stores. The back deck was a nice place to sit and enjoy a beverage while getting some late summer sun. The backyard is private and a peaceful oasis. Beds were comfortable and having two full bathroooms is a great convenience in the morning.

three of us stayed one night after attending dinner and theatre in north bay. host was friendly and helpful. beds were comfy. the place was as advertised or better. very clean. we did not make meals but the kitchen space was very nice. super lovely decor, nice morning walk down to the shore, cute town. It made me want to come back again.
