Why they chose this property
This is a great place, it is located in a newly built metropolis of more than 270 hectares with many interesting things. There are many things here such as Vincom Mega Mall, Vin Wonder with many thrilling games, in addition there is a walking street and a night market with many local foods. There is an artificial beach here and you can sunbathe here. Almost everyone who has been here wants to come back at least once.
What makes this property unique
My apartment is on the 11th floor of BS15 building with a balcony overlooking the swimming pool, the bedrooms overlooking the avenue. From here you go down to the 1st floor and walk 15 steps to the swimming pool. From here you can go to Vincom Mega Mall within 2 minutes walk, to Vin Wonder about 5 minutes walk. There is also an outdoor BBQ, a walking street and a night market selling lots of delicious local food.
