It's a little bit complicated to figure out the key pick up and navigating the parking garage, but those things can be conquered. The unit itself is in Oracle Tower 1 and was perfect for us. It's new, spacious, across the street from a big mall, and has a nice swimming pool and jacuzzi tub. It's right in the middle of Broadbeach! My only criticism was the small in the hallway of the 39th floor. It has this overpowering smell of coconut and chocolate air freshener. But we loved our stay and will recommend it to our friends!

We do provide detailed instructions for both key collection and parking to help make arrival as smooth as possible, though we appreciate it can feel a little unfamiliar at first in a new building. That is part of the common area managed by the building, not inside the apartment itself, but we will certainly raise this with the building manager.
