This pet-friendly home is perfect for families, couples, or friends looking to relax, recharge, and enjoy all the adventure and amenities the resort has to offer.

Inside, you’ll find a cozy open layout with all the comforts of home – including a full kitchen, laundry, and inviting living space. Additional bonus loft for relaxing or escaping to work. We loved the location. The neighborhood was quiet and had a great pond right behind the house that our kid loved. We’d definitely come back here.

Master bed was very low to the ground with cheap slats. I could not get in and out of bed. Strong smell of dog on couch and beds. Will not stay here again. Disappointed in the Chalet. Eagle Crest, however, was amazing- as it always is.

I'm sorry the bed's low height and the slat support made getting in and out difficult for you, and that pet odor was noticeable on the couch and bedding. That's not acceptable, and I apologize for your overall discomfort. We will have maintenance inspect the bed and slats to determine appropriate repairs or adjustments, and housekeeping will perform a deeper cleaning and review odor-control and laundering procedures to prevent this going forward. Thank you for the feedback — it will help us improve future stays.

Cute place, well taken care of. Only real complaint is the tv situation. So many remotes, no directions on what service is available. Upstairs tv or dvd did not work. We try not to watch tv on vaca but it is have at the end of the day or to watch a movie together.
