The Jacob loft is found in the city of Stratford located in the historic Bradshaw Building just steps to downtown. The condo is a modern, spacious, fully equipped top floor unit. The 471 sq feet includes high ceilings, exposed brick and has 1 bedroom, an open space living room with a cabinet murphy bed, a full kitchen and a bathroom. The loft is comfortable and bright and a blend of modern living with rustic character. Ideal for couples, business travel, families or a small group of friends. The Condo is just a few minute walk from the Avon Theatre and less than a 20 minute walk to the Festival and Tom Patterson theatres. Located near many excellent restaurants and sits above the Brch & Wyn where you can drop in for delicious coffee, pastries, light meals and wine.

Always a great experience at the Bradshaw and the Jacob apartment was lovely and very well stocked with morning bevy ingredients! Super comfy bed and linens. Gorgeous local chocolates were a real treat. And having Brch & WYN handy downstairs is so amazing. We’ll be back!

We just enjoyed a wonderful stay. The location was very good. Short walk to restaurants. Nice walk down to the river as well! The unit was spotless and would highly recommend to anyone! The pictures accurately represented the until. Would definately stay again when we return to Stratford!

This loft was amazing! It was perfect for my adult daughter and I. Just enough room for two adults for five days. Everything was within walking distance and we enjoyed our daily walks through Stratford's downtown. I highly recommend it!

Parking across and behind YMCA is safe and convenient for us although it would have been better if it is in the property. The property is clean and cozy. We didnt have any issue coming in and out of the property. I love that their is also a cafe in the building that makes it very appealing for the travellers.

A beautiful property conveniently situated within walking distance of Stratford's downtown. We loved that everything was provided for a comfortable stay, right down to the mint smoothie bars to welcome us!
