We really enjoyed the town and loved spending time at the NW 15th Street beach access, which was perfect for a clean beach experience and fun tide pooling. While the surrounding area was wonderful, the property itself fell short due to several significant maintenance and description issues.The hot tub was green, unusable, and locked in "SL" mode, which meant it was not heating. We were told they would try and send maintenance out two days in a row, but they never came out. We encountered an ant infestation in the kitchen, laundry room, bathroom, and one bedroom. Both the game room and the washing machine had a very bad odor. Additionally, the listing advertised a beach and golf view location type, but neither was visible from the house. Finally, the property did not provide enough basic amenities like hand soap or laundry detergent for a family of six, so we chose to purchase additional supplies for our comfort.We asked for a partial refund for the hot tub, and they gave us 150. While we appreciate this reimbursement, these unresolved issues and inaccuracies disrupted a significant part of our trip.
