Great place for gathering our family. Lots of things to do- Gym was great on hot Kansas day! Not a lot of towels- may want to bring along some if large group !! Overall- great place.

Great space, clean, plenty of room for a family reunion, ages 2-73. Pool is great, clean and well done. Everything we needed was here. Had plans to leave to do Wichita things but literally stayed in for 48 hours. We would stay again. Thanks!

This was an excellent choice for our annual family reunion trip. There are 13 of us and my parents who are 86 and 82 host my brother’s and my families each summer.There are seven grandchildren ages 11-28 and this home had something for everyone. We all enjoyed the pool and trampoline and the spacious home with plenty of rooms and beds for everyone. Probably the biggest hits were the indoor basketball court, and the theatre room. The younger boys were playing basketball way past the adults bedtime, and with where it is situated in relation to the bedrooms- we couldn’t hear a thing while they played basketball into the wee hours of the night. We watched movies and the FIFA world cup in the fun theatre room that comfortably fit all 13 of us. The grandparents loved sitting outside to watch everyone in the pool. My only suggestions would be to have additional seating around the pool and on the front porch. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice large house that easily accommodated our big group. Check in was super easy and we loved that we had parking in the garage available. We had an issue with the pool and the host was quick to get everything fixed for us. The gym was a great addition! The house was very clean. There were lots of games, balls, pool floats, etc available for use as well. Kitchen was pretty well stocked with pans and utensils. There were towels in the closets and we would have liked a few more available. Being a STR, it has been beat up and used quite a bit and there were a few broken things such as cracked tiles, rusted floor vents, broken barstool, worn down bed frames, etc. The neighborhood is very cute and there’s even a little pool down the street you can pay 5 to go to. Great location and easy to get to all the things in Wichita area! Overall, we had a great stay and would come again!
