Solid Oceanfront Location with Great Views, But the Resort and Unit Need Updates.The oceanfront location is excellent — beach access was quick and convenient right from the property, and the view from our high-floor condo was beautiful, especially at sunrise and sunset.The condo itself was very clean upon arrival, which we appreciated. However, it felt quite outdated and is in need of a refresh. The furnishings, kitchen, and bathrooms show their age, and some updates (newer appliances, flooring, paint, etc.) would make a big difference for future guests.The resort as a whole also needs attention — it gave off a bit of a “spring break” vibe with the overall energy and wear-and-tear. An extreme deep cleaning and modernization of common areas, pools, and amenities would really elevate the experience.If you’re looking for a no-frills oceanfront stay with strong views and location in Myrtle Beach, this could work well, especially for families or groups who prioritize the beach over luxury finishes. We’d consider returning if updates are made, as the bones of the property are strong.

As each condominium is individually owned, updates and renovations to the interior are at the discretion of the property owner. The resort's common areas, pools, amenities, and overall appearance are maintained by the property's Homeowners Association (HOA), and while we do not manage those areas, we understand how they can impact your overall vacation experience.
