Historic Dairy cottage on a private rural acreage, with a sunny North aspect, and beautiful valley, garden and farmyard views, with friendly farm animals to visit. The cottage has many rustic features.

Features include a water tank swimming pool, fire pit & indoor gas log fire.

Bitumen Road access & an easy ten minute walk to Historic Wollombi Village with cafes, galleries, and general store,
40min drive to Pokolbin the centre of the Hunter Valley,
30min drive to Cessnock with supermarkets.
Close to many nearby venues (5 min to Redleaf, 9 min to Woodhouse) & we can assist you to arrange transport or babysitting.

Next door to 'Wollombi Country House' which sleeps x12, listed separately HAAU20141476 for larger group events.

We are from Sydney and bought this property during the droughts bushfires and floods of 2019. We are enjoying continually improving it & creating a beautiful restful Country retreat.

Why they chose this property

Wollombi is a lush green valley with a lovely historic village, with a great Tavern, General store & cafe as well as some gift shop / galleries to explore.

What makes this property unique

The cottage is surrounded by a private rural property with a peaceful outlook, lovely garden, orchard and farm animals to visit. There is a lot of beautiful nature and native birds. There is easy access from a bitumen road & its a short walk to the village centre.
It sleeps ten, and for larger groups the neighbouring property sleeps 12.
