Excellent house, built approximately 300 years ago, in the heart of Paraty's Historic Centre. Recently renovated, the house showcases several features of colonial architecture and is finely decorated. The Historic Centre, considered by UNESCO as "the most harmonious colonial architectural ensemble," has been a National Heritage site protected by IPHAN since 2019. In Paraty, right in the city centre, Casa Verde no Centro Histórico offers city and garden views. The accommodation has free Wi-Fi throughout the property, and Praia do Cais is a 4-minute walk away. This air-conditioned holiday home features 2 bedrooms, a living room, a full kitchen with a refrigerator and coffee maker, and 3 bathrooms with showers. Towels and bed linen are provided.

This house is in a perfect location. Right on the historic city. It actually is even nicer than the pictures! Like the second bedroom is across the patio and the master bedroom is bigger than it looks. Host was very helpful. Highly recommended!
