The property was exceptionally clean we loved the covered deck over looking the lake. Lynette responded quickly when AC went out. AC was not fixed while we were there we had AC first night slept second night without AC (house was 84 degrees) third night we were moved to a different property. Some of the family chose to leave early because of the AC situation. This is why I gave only an OK rating. Lynnette did her best but the owners after two service calls neglected to have AC repaired. The house and furnishing were exactly as described and beautiful.

Beautiful lakeside vacation

The house was perfect for our family trip to Dale Hollow Lake. The house was clean and perfectly stocked for all our needs. The best part was the patio overlooking the lake! We will definitely return on our next visit to Dale Hollow Lake!

Perfect size for our family! Love the location close to the lake! Plenty of parking for our boat and trailer. Only suggestion would be to add AC in the game room/garage.

Plenty of parking and large lot, everything was very clean. The view of the lake was stunning. We loved the outdoor eating/seating. Microwave didn’t work, so that was a bummer. But everything else was great. Would definitely recommend.
