Ideally located between Crozon and Morgat, in a quiet area close to the shops, 5 minutes by car from the beach and the walking path, this newly renovated first floor flat has a bay window and a terrasse with southern exposure, a little sea view , a veranda and a private garden with a north western exposure equipped with garden furniture.The terasse is fully equipped with dining table, deck chairs and a barbecue.
The linen is provided and the cleaning is included: the ingredients are gathered to allow you to spend a relaxing or working online stay in a comfortable environment.
You will have all the equipment that will make your life easier (free wifi, connected screen, Bluetooth speaker, dishwasher, washing machine, oven and hotplates, fridge with freezer, microwave, household linen, household products). You can even work online as the internet is quite efficient.
The living room and bedroom 2 overlook a south west facing garden while the kitchen, veranda and bedroom 1 overlook your north west facing garden (sunshine guaranteed in the evening). Private entrance with garage to park your bikes and store your surfboards, paddle boards and strollers.
