We’re pleased to hear you enjoyed the apartment, particularly its cleanliness, comfortable beds, quiet location and our team’s communication throughout your stay. We also really appreciate your comments regarding the kitchenware and coffee cups. Feedback like this helps us identify where we can improve the guest experience, and we’ll be reviewing the kitchen inventory and looking at adding some additional items, including larger coffee mugs and other useful kitchen essentials. For the benefit of future guests, we provide individually packaged tea, coffee, sugar and milk, along with cooking oil, salt and pepper to help get you started. We intentionally don’t leave additional food, spices or pantry items behind from previous guests. While we understand some holiday properties do this, our approach is based on food safety, hygiene and appropriate storage, as we cannot guarantee how opened or leftover products have been handled or stored between stays.
